Prices and our pieces
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Our pre-owned jewellery pieces are one of a kind. We describe and photograph them honestly, including their condition and supplied specifications. Ask us about any detail before buying.
Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when payment is received through Shopify checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Contact us if you have a question about your order.
Delivery and collection
We use fully insured, tracked delivery Australia-wide with signature on arrival. Risk passes to you on delivery, not when we dispatch the parcel. You can also collect from our Wynnum shop, 81 Edith St, Wynnum QLD 4178. Contact us to arrange collection.
Resizing
Ring resizing is available on request. Please ask before or after purchase so we can confirm whether it is suitable and discuss any cost.
Bullion and selling to us
Bullion prices move with the live market and are confirmed at the time of sale. Estimates on this website are not a guaranteed final buying or selling price. Photo ID is required when selling to us, as required by Queensland law.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Queensland law applies, subject to your non-excludable consumer rights.
